The first of many...

Just decided to start a blog today, no real concept of what exactly I want to make of it, but I guess that will just start to develop as I write.
I just want to know if this bothers anyone else, i am so annoyed by it I would seriously consider starting a petition if there were others out there who would back me up (this may only apply to Canadians). So calling 411, the automated operating system ( my side is in italics). "Directory Assistance please"..."I'm sorry, can you please repeat your request?"..."DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE PPPPLLLLEEEAASSEEE". " For what city and province?"..."Winnipeg MANITOBA"..."Alright...business, government or residential?"..."Business"..."What is the name of the business"..."Blockbuster."..."I'm sorry...please repeat the name of the business."..."BLOCKBUSTER"..."Sorry, we cannot find a match to that name. Please hold for an operator."...Operator- "Please hold while I connect your call". Honestly? HONESTLY? 5 minutes of my life wasted talking to an automated machine only to get me no where closer to my goal than I was when I started. If this was at all a good concept, created jobs, did anything good for the general public, i would be able to look past the total waste of time. But it does the exact opposite. New pet peeve.
